CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICY DETAILS

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel or modify your reservation, you must do so by 2:00 PM at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to your scheduled arrival. If changes are made after this period or if you fail to show, a no-show fee equivalent to one night’s stay, plus taxes and fees, will be charged to your credit card.

This cancellation policy does not apply to reservations made with an Advance Purchase Discount or Non-Refundable Discount. These prepaid reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified. The total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival. The hotel is not responsible for holding reservations if an invalid or expired credit card is provided. The credit card used for incidentals at check-in must match the primary name on the reservation. Government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required for check-in.

A security deposit of USD 125 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, pending a damage inspection of the accommodation.

SERVICES

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have temporarily suspended our shuttle services. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The property is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables. Once checked in, cancellations are not allowed. All linens are inventoried; any missing or damaged linens will result in a charge.

Pets are not permitted. Rooms with evidence of pet dander or odor will incur a non-refundable deep-cleaning fee of $150. Any damage to hotel property will lead to additional charges based on the severity of the damage.

This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the hotel. If smoking is detected in a room, management is authorized to charge a $250 cleaning fee to the credit card on file.
